S. Antonov has 18-year experience in legal practice in the field of medical, civil, family, labor, economic and corporate law, real estate and building, intellectual property and criminalistic examinations. He is a key Ukrainian lawyer specializing in the medical and reproductive field.
Mr. Antonov has obtained three degrees: Law, Medicine and Criminalistics Examination (expert-criminalist).
In 2009 he completed extension course at the University of Edinburgh Law School (UK).
He started his carrier as legal consultant at medical institutions where he had an opportunity to acquaint himself with the peculiarities of their functioning, structure and personnel management. Mr. Antonov held senior positions in several major private medical centers; in particular, he was the Deputy Director General at Hospital "LISSOD". He was a partner in large law firms, as well as expert and consultant in the time of opening of health and wellness centers in the United Arab Emirates (2007) and Turkey (2008).
Mr. Antonov has been a member of the World Association for Medical Law (WALM), and a full member of the the Public Health Law Association (PHLA) since 2006.
In the CIS countries he is considered to be a leading lawyer specializing in the medical field and reproductive rights. He has the largest practice in Ukraine concerning compensation for damage to health caused by the failure of health care interventions (over 100 processes). Mr. Antonov conducts a business and consults clients not only in Ukraine, but in Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and the United Kingdom
